Shopify Integration
Step 1: Set Up Your Nexvio.ai Chatbot
To integrate your Nexvio.ai chatbot into your Shopify store, begin by logging into your Nexvio.ai account. If you haven’t already created an account, you can sign up for a free account. After signing in, you can configure your bot within the Nexvio.ai platform by uploading relevant data sources, such as product catalogs, FAQs, or shipping policies, which the bot can use to build its knowledge base.
Step 2: Generate and Copy Your Nexvio.ai Chatbot Embed Code

Every chatbot you create on Nexvio.ai has a unique embed code you can use to embed it on your website. Once you’ve set up your chatbot on Nexvio.ai, navigate to your Dashboard page, and select the specific bot you wish to integrate with your Shopify store.

Clicking on the bot should take you to the bot’s playground page. From there, proceed to the Connect tab.

Up next, a new page should come up, click on Copy Script to copy the code snippet.
Step 3: Add Custom HTML to Your Shopify Theme

Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

Navigate to Online Store > Themes.

Find your current theme and click on Actions > Edit code.

In the code editor, scroll down to the Layout section and click on the
theme.liquidfile. This file contains the main HTML structure of your theme. -
Find the closing
</body>tag in the file. -
Just before the
</body>tag, paste the Nexvio.ai embed code that you copied in Step 2. -
Click Save to apply the changes to your theme.
Step 4: Test Your Shopify Integration

Visit your Shopify store’s public-facing website.

You should see the Nexvio.ai chat bubble in the bottom corner of your website.

Click on the chat bubble to start a conversation and test the functionality.

Make any necessary adjustments to your chatbot’s configuration in the Nexvio.ai dashboard.
Congratulations, your Nexvio.ai chatbot is now live on your Shopify store!
Note: You can customize the appearance and colors of your bot on your Nexvio.ai dashboard. To do this, go to your dashboard, choose a bot, click the Settings tab on the top of the page, and then click Chat Interface on the left sidebar to reveal the chatbot customization options.
