Messenger Integration

Step 1: Set Up Your Nexvio.ai Chatbot

To integrate your Nexvio.ai chatbot with Facebook Messenger, begin by logging into your Nexvio.ai account. If you haven’t already created an account, you can sign up for a free account. After signing in, you can configure your bot within the Nexvio.ai platform by uploading relevant data sources, such as files, text snippets, websites, or question-and-answer pairs, which the bot can use to build its knowledge base.

Step 2: Connect Facebook Business Page

  1. Before you can integrate your chatbot with Messenger, you’ll need a Facebook Business Page. If you don’t already have one, create a new page at facebook.com/pages/create.

  2. Make sure you have admin access to the Facebook Page you want to connect your chatbot to.

  3. Ensure your page is published and visible to the public.

Step 3: Connect Nexvio.ai to Messenger

  1. In your Nexvio.ai dashboard, navigate to the specific bot you want to connect and go to the Connect tab.

  2. Look for the Messenger integration option and click on it.

  3. You’ll be prompted to log in to your Facebook account and grant permissions for Nexvio.ai to access your Facebook Page and Messenger.

  4. Select the Facebook Page you want to connect with your chatbot.

  5. Configure any additional settings, such as welcome messages, fallback responses, and notification preferences.

  6. Click “Connect” to finalize the integration.

Step 4: Test Your Messenger Integration

  1. Open Facebook Messenger and search for your Facebook Page.

  2. Send a message to your page.

  3. The Nexvio.ai chatbot should automatically respond based on your configured settings.

  4. Review the conversation and make any necessary adjustments to your chatbot in the Nexvio.ai dashboard.

Congratulations, your Nexvio.ai chatbot is now integrated with Facebook Messenger!

Note: Facebook Messenger API policies and limitations may affect how your chatbot functions. Be sure to review Meta’s developer policies to ensure compliance. You can customize the appearance and behavior of your bot responses in your Nexvio.ai dashboard settings.
