Instagram Integration

Step 1: Set Up Your Nexvio.ai Chatbot

To integrate your Nexvio.ai chatbot with Instagram, begin by logging into your Nexvio.ai account. If you haven’t already created an account, you can sign up for a free account. After signing in, you can configure your bot within the Nexvio.ai platform by uploading relevant data sources, such as files, text snippets, websites, or question-and-answer pairs, which the bot can use to build its knowledge base.

Step 2: Connect Meta Business Account

Before you can integrate your chatbot with Instagram, you’ll need a Meta Business account that is connected to your Instagram professional account.
If you don’t already have a Meta Business account, go to business.facebook.com and set one up.
Make sure your Instagram account is set to either a Business or Creator account, as personal accounts cannot be used for this integration.
Connect your Instagram professional account to your Meta Business account in the Business Settings.

Step 3: Connect Nexvio.ai to Instagram

In your Nexvio.ai dashboard, navigate to the specific bot you want to connect and go to the Connect tab.
Look for the Instagram integration option and click on it.
You’ll be prompted to log in to your Meta Business account and grant permissions for Nexvio.ai to access your Instagram messaging.
Select the Instagram account(s) you want to connect with your chatbot.
Configure any additional settings, such as welcome messages, fallback responses, and notification preferences.
Click “Connect” to finalize the integration.

Step 4: Test Your Instagram Integration

Open Instagram and navigate to your profile.
Send a direct message to your account or have someone else send a message.
The Nexvio.ai chatbot should automatically respond based on your configured settings.
Review the conversation and make any necessary adjustments to your chatbot in the Nexvio.ai dashboard.

Congratulations, your Nexvio.ai chatbot is now integrated with Instagram messaging!
