Team Usage

Monitor your team’s usage of Nexvio.ai resources to optimize performance and manage costs effectively.

Usage Dashboard

The usage dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of how your team is utilizing Nexvio.ai:

• API Calls: Track the number of API calls made by each team member
• Token Usage: Monitor the token consumption across different models
• Active Chatbots: See which chatbots are actively being used
• User Interactions: Analyze the volume of user interactions with your AI agents

Setting Usage Limits

As an admin, you can establish usage limits to control costs:

1. Navigate to the Team > Usage section
2. Click on Set Limits
3. Configure monthly limits for:
   • Maximum API calls
   • Token consumption
   • Active agents
4. Save your settings

When a limit is approached, team members will receive notifications. If a limit is reached, you can choose to pause service or receive alerts.

Usage Reports

Generate detailed reports to analyze usage patterns:

1. Go to the Usage Reports tab
2. Select the date range for your report
3. Choose the metrics you want to include
4. Export the report in CSV or PDF format

These reports can help you identify optimization opportunities and forecast future usage needs.

Cost Optimization

Based on your usage data, Nexvio.ai provides recommendations for optimizing costs:

• Identifying inefficient AI agent configurations
• Suggesting model adjustments for better performance/cost ratio
• Highlighting underutilized resources
