Configure your Nexvio.ai chatbox settings to deliver the optimal experience for your users and meet your business requirements.

General Settings

In the general settings, you can configure basic aspects of your chatbot:

  • Chatbot Name: Set the display name for your AI agent
  • Welcome Message: Customize the initial message users see
  • Idle Timeout: Set how long before the chatbot suggests assistance
  • Working Hours: Configure when your chatbot should indicate it’s available
  • Follow-up Suggestions: Enable or disable suggested follow-up questions

Appearance

Customize how your chatbot looks to match your brand:

Branding

  • Color Scheme: Set primary and secondary colors
  • Chat Window Style: Choose between modern, classic, or minimal designs
  • Avatar: Upload a custom avatar or choose from our library
  • Font: Select a font that matches your brand

Layout

  • Window Size: Configure default and maximum window dimensions
  • Position: Set where the chat bubble or window appears
  • Mobile Optimization: Customize the mobile experience separately

Behavior

Control how your chatbot interacts with users:

  • Response Style: Set the tone and style of responses (formal, casual, etc.)
  • Fallback Behavior: Configure what happens when your bot can’t answer
