Chatbox Playground
The Nexvio.ai Playground provides a testing environment where you can interact with your AI agents before deploying them to production.
Accessing the Playground
To access the Playground:
- Log in to your Nexvio.ai dashboard
- Navigate to Chatbox > Playground
- Select the AI agent you want to test from the dropdown menu
Testing Your AI Agent
The Playground offers several features to help you test your AI agent thoroughly:
Conversation Testing
- Type messages as an end user would to see how your AI agent responds
- Test edge cases and complex queries to ensure your agent handles them correctly
- Use the conversation history to review the entire interaction flow
Parameter Adjustment
Fine-tune your AI agent’s behavior directly in the Playground:
- Temperature: Adjust the creativity level of responses
- Max Tokens: Set the maximum length of responses
- Stop Sequences: Define custom stop sequences
- Knowledge Base Filter: Test responses with different knowledge base filters
Changes made in the Playground can be saved to your AI agent configuration or tested without saving.
Debugging Tools
The Playground includes debugging tools to help you identify and fix issues:
- Response Analysis: See which knowledge base documents were used to generate responses
- Token Usage: Monitor token consumption for each interaction
- Reasoning Path: View the AI’s reasoning process for complex queries
- Error Detection: Automatically detect potential issues in responses
Sharing and Collaboration
Share your Playground sessions with team members:
- Click the Share button in the Playground
- Choose whether to share a static snapshot or a live session
- Set an expiration date for the shared session (optional)
- Copy and share the generated link
Team members can view and interact with the shared session, making it easier to collaborate on AI agent improvements.
