Connecting Your Chatbox
Nexvio.ai offers multiple ways to integrate your AI agents with various platforms and channels. This guide covers the most common integration methods.
Website Integration
Iframe Embedding
To embed your chatbot as an iframe on your website:
- Go to Chatbox > Connect
- Select the Iframe tab
- Customize the appearance of your iframe
- Copy the generated HTML code
- Paste the code into the HTML of your website where you want the chatbot to appear
The iframe will display as a static element on your page, always visible and ready for user interaction.
Chat Bubble
To add a chat bubble to your website:
- Navigate to Chatbox > Connect
- Select the Chat Bubble tab
- Customize the bubble’s appearance, position, and behavior
- Copy the generated JavaScript code
- Add the code to your website’s HTML, ideally just before the closing
</body>tag
The chat bubble will appear in the corner of your website, expanding into a chat window when clicked.
API Integration
For custom integrations, use the Nexvio.ai API:
- Go to Chatbox > Connect > API
- Generate a new API key if needed
- Review the API documentation
- Use the provided code samples for your programming language
