The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive insights into how your Nexvio.ai chatbots are performing, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and achieve business goals.
Accessing Analytics
To access the Analytics dashboard:
- Log in to your Nexvio.ai account
- Navigate to Chatbox > Analytics
- View the overview of your chatbot performance
Overview Dashboard
The Analytics overview presents key metrics at a glance:
- Total Conversations: The number of interactions with your chatbots
- User Satisfaction: Average rating based on user feedback
- Resolution Rate: Percentage of queries successfully resolved
- Average Conversation Duration: How long users typically interact with your chatbot
- Busiest Times: Peak hours and days for chatbot usage
Conversation Metrics
Dive deeper into conversation-specific analytics:
- Message Volume: Total number of messages sent and received
- Response Times: Average time taken to respond to user queries
- Conversation Flow: Common paths users take through conversations
- Drop-off Points: Where users commonly abandon conversations
- Escalation Rate: Percentage of conversations escalated to human agents
User Engagement
Understand how users are engaging with your AI agents:
- New vs. Returning Users: Breakdown of first-time versus repeat users
- Session Length: How long users typically interact in a single session
- Question Categories: Most common types of questions asked
- Feature Usage: Which chatbot features are used most frequently
- User Demographics: Breakdown of user locations and devices (if available)
Performance Analysis
Evaluate your chatbot’s technical performance:
- Knowledge Base Coverage: How well your knowledge base is covering user queries
- Model Performance: Accuracy and confidence scores of your AI responses
- Error Rates: Frequency of failed responses or misunderstandings
- Latency: Response generation and delivery times
- Token Usage: Consumption of AI tokens by different components
Custom Reports
Create tailored reports for your specific needs:
- Click the Create Report button
- Select metrics to include in your report
- Choose your preferred visualization (charts, tables, etc.)
- Set the date range for analysis
- Save or export your custom report
Data Export
Export analytics data for further processing:
- Navigate to the Export tab
- Select which metrics to export
- Choose your preferred format (CSV, Excel, JSON)
- Download the file or schedule regular exports
Setting Goals

- Go to the Goals section
- Create a new goal with a specific metric
- Set target values and timeframes
