Chatbox Activity
The Activity section provides a comprehensive view of all conversations occurring with your Nexvio.ai chatbots, helping you monitor interactions and improve performance.
Accessing the Activity Dashboard
To access the Activity dashboard:
- Log in to your Nexvio.ai account
- Navigate to Chatbox > Activity
- View the list of all recent conversations
Conversations Overview
The Activity dashboard displays all conversations in a chronological list with key information:
- User Identifier: Name or ID of the user who initiated the conversation
- Time: When the conversation started and its duration
- Platform: Where the conversation took place (website, mobile app, etc.)
- AI Agent: Which of your AI agents handled the conversation
- Status: Whether the conversation is active, completed, or abandoned
Conversation Details
Click on any conversation to view its complete details:
- Full Conversation History: See the entire message exchange
- User Information: View available user data (if collected)
- Performance Metrics: Response times, user satisfaction indicators
- AI Actions: View any actions the AI took during the conversation
- Knowledge Base Usage: See which sources were used to generate responses
Filtering and Searching
Narrow down the conversation list using various filters:
- Date Range: View conversations from a specific time period
- Platform: Filter by website, mobile app, or other integration points
- AI Agent: Show conversations handled by a specific agent
- Status: View only active, completed, or abandoned conversations
- Search: Find conversations containing specific keywords or phrases
Exporting Conversation Data
To export conversation data for further analysis:
- Select the conversations you want to export
- Click the Export button
- Choose your preferred format (CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Download the file
Privacy Controls
Nexvio.ai provides privacy controls for conversation data:
- Data Retention: Configure how long conversation data is stored
- Anonymization: Enable automatic anonymization of sensitive information
- Access Controls: Manage which team members can view conversation details
By regularly reviewing your chatbot’s activity, you can identify patterns, improve responses, and ensure your AI agents are providing optimal service to your users.
